He is the co-founder and present Chairman/CEO of the Raigam group. Dr. Liyanage holds a BSc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura. His MBA, specializing in Marketing was obtained from the University of Colombo and later the Lacrosse University (USA) awarded him the PhD in Management. This was followed by numerous other post graduate and professional qualifications such as Diploma in Marketing. Dr. Liyanage is the first Fellow of the Institute of Marketing in Sri Lanka and he holds membership of various professional bodies including Institute of Gemology, Institute of HR Professionals, and Association of Accounting Technicians.

Starting his career in the private sector, he changed course in mid career to public sector and changed again to end up creating the well known, truly Sri Lankan FMCG in the land, the Kingdom of Raigam. He was the Platinum award winner of FCCISL Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005 and in the same year won the much coveted CIMA Business Leader of the Year, thus becoming the first ever entrepreneur to win both these awards in the same year.He is also a Faculty Board Member of The University of Sri Jayawardenapura and a Director of State Trading (Wholesale) Corporation Ltd. In many universities and Institutes, he is a well known lecturer in Management.

He is the other founder member of the board, serving as the present Managing Director of the group. He has extensive knowledge and experience in various industrial sectors such as IT, FMCG, and Manufacturing with focus on strategy, business diversification, building strong performance cultures and teams, locally as well as internationally.Having started his career as a computer programmer, his entrepreneurship created Kobian Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. His drive vision and leadership has made Kobian and its subsidiaries in the IT, Logistics, Advertising and Trading, forces to reckon within their respective fields.

He has served as the Head of the Private Sector Coordination Unit of the Center for National Operations established after the Tsunami and has also been the Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for Non-governmental Organizations of the Ministry of Finance and Planning.

He obtained his first degree in Business Administration from the University of Jayawardenapura in 1987 and became a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Society of Certified Management Accountants and The Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.

Ganaka Amarasinghe is the Senior Director of the Company and commenced his career at Raigam as the Managing Director of the group in early 1999. For decades he had held senior positions in private and public sectors, as Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Finance Manager.Apart from his prominent role as Managing Director of Raigam, he is a regular lecturer at the Institute for Accounting Studies and is a visiting lecturer for many professional and academic institutions. Presently, he serves as a member of Governing Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.

He has served as a member of the Panel of Judges of National Exports Awards since 2005 and The Presidential Awards for Travel and Tourism in 2007. He is the current Managing Director of the Kingdom of Raigam.

He obtained the Bachelor of Science Degree from the Colombo University and is a Member of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers (U.K).He has 10 years experience in FMCG market working at Raigam Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. from 1997 as Director, Marketing.

He also has 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing Swimming Pool Chemicals and Equipment, Water Treatment Plants and Waste Water Treatment Plants by having his own company to provide technical solutions for all requirement in the above fields and to carry out constructions to various requirements. He is the Chairman of Blue Water Systems International (Pvt) Ltd., a well reputed swimming pool construction company in Sri Lanka.

He holds the ‘’Finance Director’’ position of the group. Nevinda Jayasuriya got his first degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura in B.Sc, Management and Fellow membership of CA Sri Lanka. Apart from that he is a FSCMA holder as a professional Accountant. He has served in many Boards as a Finance Director including foreign collaborations. His carrier in consultancy has proved turning businesses to the success with his practicing Accountant carrier.

He has gathered international exposure in organizations such as Toyota, Land Rover and National Air Lines in African region. His achievements have internationally rewarded turning businesses to the top level in the region achieving all criteria.

Nevinda Jayasuriya has over 30 year experience as a Financial professional in various sectors such as IT, Agri- businesses, Universities, Software developments, Automobile industry, Air lines, FMCG industry etc… spreading over corporate organizations, foreign collaborations, listed entities and franchised chains.
